Project Description

Phase 3 – Talek Health Centre –10 bed in-patient services
In 2006, A Better World in partnership with Christian Medical Fellowship began the construction of a medical clinic in the Masai Mara town of Talek.

A Better World team worked in this old clinic and one of the doctors decided to assist with the building of a new clinic.  The building started with an outpatient wing, added a lab and pharmacy and running water with a well.

Now in its third phase, a 10 bed outpatient wing is under construction and ready to be opened in November 2009.

The entire Project for all phases is $150,000.
