Today’s events will be best described in pictures...
The opening of the first set of classrooms donated by Dale and Majella Russell was very touching. Children were excited. They were both on hand for the opening.
Dale and Majella also participated in the ground breaking of their next 3 classroom project.
The Ndanai dormitory ground breaking was held by Peter and Kathy Lacey on behalf of Laebon and the Bontje family.
Al Laplante and family have provided for many surgeries and Al is with some of the children that have completed surgery and now are able to walk.
Alisha Goetz is representing her family (Lloyd and Kathy) Goetz of Lacombe at the Kaplomboi school. The three classroom school is under construction funded by the Goetz family of Lacombe.
Pat Romerman(Left) had his work cut out as he reviewed all current and future construction, building plans and discussed issues with contractors. (Right) Mike and Sandi Gouchie will lead a team to two schools tomorrow. Cindy and Rich will lead a team with me to Kendu Bay for the opening of a bridge. Share this |
