5000 Girls

...in Afghanistan will have the opportunity to take the journey to freedom through education provided in schools built through funding from this run.

5 Runners

...will run from St. John's, Newfoundland to Vancouver, British Columbia. Every day five runners will run fifteen miles each. We welcome applications from runners who are interested in participating. Runners can be involved for one day, one week, or several weeks.

...if 5000 individuals donate $100 each our goal of $500,000 will be met.

5000 Miles

From the shores of the Atlantic in Newfoundland to the beaches of the Pacific in British Columbia runners will travel approximately 5000 miles during the summer of 2010.
